阿德莱德大学石碰教授受邀来我院做科研交流讲座
12月11日，澳大利亚阿德莱德大学电气与电子工程学院教授，高级无人系统实验室主任石碰教授应学院邀请，通过腾讯会议以线上的形式为我院做《Essentials: Publish Research Works》的专题讲座。副院长徐建军主持，电气院师生共计100余人参会交流。
本次专题讲座，石碰教授主要讨论了如何撰写和发表高质量的学术文章。会议内容涵盖了文章的结构、写作技巧、投稿策略以及如何应对审稿意见等方面。文章撰写技巧方面，石碰教授强调文章的可读性和逻辑连贯性非常重要。文章应易于理解，上下文之间要有良好的连接。文章的创新性、原创性和与已有工作的相关性是评判文章质量的重要标准。投稿时应选择最适合的期刊，避免同时向多个期刊投稿。如果文章被拒，可以根据审稿意见进行修改后再投。石碰教授指出应对审稿意见时，如果审稿人意见不一致，应优先考虑有道理的意见进行修改，并对不合理或不相关的意见给予解释，修改文章时，应认真对待审稿意见，尽量改进文章的质量。
专题报告结束后，参会研究生踊跃提问交流，石碰教授逐一耐心解答，虽然如何撰写和发表高质量的学术文章是科学研究的基础，但在回答问题过程中仍提出了多项独到的意见和建议，开拓了诸位老师与研究生在该领域研究的视野，得到与会师生的高度评价。
石碰教授简介
Peng Shi received the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, Australia, the PhD degree in Mathematics from the University of South Australia, the Doctor of Science degree from the University of Glamorgan, UK, and the Doctor of Engineering degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is now a Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and the Director of Advanced Unmanned Systems Laboratory, at the University of Adelaide, Australia. His research interests include systems and control theory and applications to autonomous and robotic systems, cyber-physical systems, and multi-agent systems. He has received many awards and recognitions, including the MA Sargent Medal Award from the Engineers Australia in 2022, the Lifetime Leader Board acknowledgement from THE AUSTRALIAN from 2019-2021, and the recognition as a Highly-Cited Researcher in both Engineering and Computer Science from Thomson Reuters from 2014-2022. Currently he serves as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and senior editorial roles in some journals, including the Co-Editor of Australian Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and a Senior Editor of IEEE Access. His professional services also include as the President of the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences, the Vice President of IEEE SMC Society, and IEEE Distinguished Lecturer. He is a Fellow of IEEE, IET, IEAust and CAA, a Member of the Academy of Europe, and an Honorary Member of the Romanian Academy of Scientists.
